Mary Kay's professional career beganwith 15 years in Corporate America. She helped design computer software applications, was a corporate field trainer for CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems, and a corporate trainer for improving customer service in retail stores.

Mary Kay then transitioned to direct sales and built a team of 400+ women who generate more than $1.5 million in annual sales. During this time Mary Kay also began her journey to live in her truth and maximize her personal power.

Mary Kay's current focus is working with direct sales professionals looking to take their businesses to the next level, corporate professionals looking to take their careers to a higher level, parents searching for ways to have more powerful relationships with their children and help their children achieve higher spiritual levels, empowered women, people with addictions, and anyone who is asking, "Isn't there more to life than this?".

Dr. Beth Halbert, Psy.D.

Dr. Beth Halbert is a licensed child, family, and teen psychologist with a 25+ year history of working as a dynamic facilitator, speaker and management consultant. She facilitates national workshops for businesses, corporations, parents and teens. Her specialty is getting yourself and your teams fully on board with your ideal business outcomes.

Dr. Beth holds a M.Ed. in Human Resource Development and Adult Education and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. She was a staff member of Saturn Corporation’s initial Training and Development team, Chrysler’s Customer One Phases I - III Initiative, and Cadillac’s Nationally Awarded Standards for Excellence program. She has also worked with JD Powers, McGraw Hill and Toyota as a facilitator, keynote presenter and consultant.
